Changing Your School Admin
If your school’s Admin has left, or you simply need to switch the role to someone new, we can update this quickly for you.
How to request a new Admin
- Email us at info@monsterphonics.com with the name and email address of the new Admin.
- Or, for the fastest response, fill out our contact form.
Once we receive the details, we’ll confirm by email as soon as the change has been made.
⚠️ Please don’t call us about Admin changes — it’s much quicker to request this online.
Important
Only one person can hold the Admin role at a time. Having more than one Admin can cause confusion, so please clearly tell us who the new Admin should be.
How long does it take?
We usually process Admin changes the same day.
