The first important step in adding teachers to your account is to login into your Monster Phonics account and navigate to the top blue menu and select Add Teachers.
Choose the subscription to which you wish to add your teachers to and select Add Teachers. Choose one of the following methods.
1. Add a Teacher (one at a time)
Click Add Teacher.
Enter the teacher’s first name, surname, and email address.
Tick to "send a welcome email
Click Save.
👉 Teacher will receive an email to create their own password.
2. Share a Signup Link with All Teachers
Copy your school’s unique signup link.
Send the link to your colleagues.
When they follow the link and complete the form, they’ll be added straight to your school team.
👉 Each teacher will automatically get their own login.
3. Add Many Teachers at Once (CSV Upload)
Click Download the Spreadsheet Template.
Fill in the spreadsheet with each teacher’s name and email address.
Save the file as a CSV.
Return to the dashboard and click Upload File.
Share the username and password with each teacher so they can access the resources.
👉 We’ll do the rest:
New teachers will receive a welcome to Monster Phonics email.
Teachers already in your team won’t be added again.
