The videos are not working – what should we do?

If your videos aren’t loading, don’t worry — it’s usually a quick fix.

Sometimes Monster Phonics videos may not open because of school network settings. The most common cause is your school firewall blocking the site we use to host them.
Why this happens
Our videos are hosted on visme.co. If this site is blocked by your school’s firewall, the videos won’t load.
How to fix it

1. Please speak to your school IT lead.
2. Ask them to allow access to visme.co on the school network.
3. Once this is done, you’ll be able to view all Monster Phonics videos and presentations without any problems.
