We cannot seem to get the PowerPoints to load

If your PowerPoints aren’t loading, don’t worry — it’s usually a quick fix.

Sometimes Monster Phonics presentations may not open because of school network settings. The most common cause is your school firewall blocking the site we use to host them.
Why this happens
Our presentations are hosted on visme.co. If this site is blocked by your school’s firewall, the PowerPoints won’t load.
How to fix it

1. Please speak to your school IT lead.
2. Ask them to allow access to visme.co on the school network.
3. Once this is done, you’ll be able to view all Monster Phonics presentations without any problems.
