How do I add my class to my account?

You can easily add your class from your My Account page. Just click My Class and follow the on-screen instructions below to get started.

Option 1: Type or Paste Names

Quick and simple – set up your class in seconds.

⚠️ If you see a message saying “Subscription no longer active or maximum number of child accounts has been reached,” please contact our support team for help.

Option 2: Fill in Our Template

Use this option if you’d like to create your own usernames and passwords – especially useful if you want logins to match your school system or be more memorable for children.

If you’re happy for us to generate usernames and passwords automatically, we recommend Option 1 instead, as it’s quicker to get started.

Steps:

1. Download the CSV template – it’s ready to fill in.

2. Add one row for each child using the correct column headings.

3. If pasting from a spreadsheet, use plain text to avoid formatting issues.
