In the online tracker, how do we move children up to their new class at the end of the year?

Getting ready for the new school year? Setting up your classes in the Online Tracker is simple and stress-free.

There are two common scenarios when moving into a new academic year:
Scenario 1: The whole class moves up together
For example, 1D becomes 2P. In this case, you just rename the class to reflect the new year group. All pupil data and progress stay linked — nothing is lost.
Scenario 2: Children move into different classes
For example, children from 1D move into 2A, 2B, and 2C. Here, you assign each child individually to their new class using the dropdown menu. All progress and records move seamlessly with the pupil.
