What happens if staff join mid-year?

New staff can get up to speed quickly with our flexible training model.

New staff can get started right away with Phonics Fundamentals, followed by the full Core Team Training, which can be completed individually or as a team through our on-demand Training Tree. This means new teachers can quickly get up to speed and teach the programme with the same consistency and confidence as the rest of the team. All training remains accessible at any time, so staff can revisit modules whenever they need support or a refresher
